Welcome to Ohana Creations

Aloha! I’m Genelle Gliem, founder of Ohana Creations. Born and raised on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, I carry my heritage close to my heart. The spirit of aloha and ʻohana—love and family—guides every piece I create.

My journey has taken me from Hawaiʻi to Colorado and now Minnesota, where my husband (originally from Iowa) and I have raised two wonderful sons. What began as a way to capture family memories through photography grew into a passion for designing meaningful keepsakes.

Today, that spark has expanded into two creative ventures: Ohana Creations, where I design jewelry and personalized gifts, each piece infused with aloha and made with care, and Laserbrain Creations, a bold subsidiary led by my husband that specializes in customizable laser-engraved products. His work includes engraving and cutting on wood, glass, acrylic, slate, and more, giving each design a unique character and lasting quality. Together, these branches of our business celebrate milestones, honor traditions, and bring joy to everyday life.
